Map redesigned and updated by Micah Cochran of the City of Athens Engineering Services and Community Development (ES&CD) Department on March 12, 2012. Last design updates made April 10, 2014. Parking

spaces were determined using driving by field checks and aerial orthophotography. 2005 and 2009 Aerial Orthophotography was used to determine parking lines where visible. Some figures on number of spaces in parking lots was derived from the map "Downtown Parking & Landscape Plan, Directional Signs for Public

Parking Lots" made by Mac Martin of the ES&CD Dept. on 10-12-2009. Additional field verification made on 4-10

-2014 and 2-29-2016, 3-09-2017, 3-20-2017, 4-04-2019, and 6-11-2019.
